We took a look at the top twenty real estate tycoons and found some interesting details. Twelve of the twenty come from Asian-Pacific nations, including Singapore, China, and Taiwan. Four are American, three are English, and one is from the United Arab Emirates. Overall, however, America has the greatest total number of real estate billionaires, coming in at 33. China follows closely behind with 30, and Hong Kong with 24.
